I love these guys, and this is specifically why... when I walked into Gem City rentals, I walked in homeless, and not knowing where I was going to sleep that night! Long story short, I was able to speak with Mark that same day and I was completely honest with him about my current situation. He genuinely listened to me and within 30 days I was sleeping somewhere warm and had a place where I could spend time with my son. Thank you SOOOO much!

They are very nice and for anyone that might have an eviction or not so good credit, they are willing to give people a chance and that I appreciate so much. Not many rental property managers will even consider you and makes it so very hard to find a place to rent.
